# SmartPOS Shopper

> SmartPOS Shopper is a free Android app for customers of shops, restaurants, pharmacies and other businesses that run SmartPOS Hub: join stores, order ahead, Scan & Go, show your store card at the counter, keep receipts, book, chat and choose notifications per store.

SmartPOS Shopper is the free customer app (Android) for shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, salons, gyms, hotels and repair shops that run SmartPOS Hub. One account works in every store, but each store you join is a separate membership with its own prices, receipts and history.

Key facts (2026-10-30):
- Install: the official download page https://app.smartposhub.com/mobile/download (Android APK); a Google Play listing is being prepared. No iPhone version yet.
- Sign in: e-mail + 6-digit code (valid 10 minutes), no password. Guests can look around.
- Join a store: scan its QR poster, type its 6-character store code, open its link, or find it in Find stores (search, country, city, category, Open now, Near me). Some stores approve members first.
- Shopping: browse products, choose options, one cart per store shared by online ordering and Scan & Go; pickup, delivery or dine-in where the store offers it; pay at the store, at the table, cash on delivery, online card page, or bank/wallet transfer with a receipt upload. Store credit and gift cards from the wallet.
- At the counter: "My store card" QR (valid 3 minutes, single use, one store) links the purchase to your account; Scan & Go "cart code" (valid 15 minutes) loads your scanned cart at the till. Prices in the app are estimates; the till decides.
- Afterwards: receipts, invoices (PDF), returns, reward points, balance due, order and parcel tracking, bookings with optional pay-to-confirm deposits, chat with the store (you start it; not real-time), notifications per store (default / custom / mute).
- Privacy: delete the account in the app (Account › Delete my account) or at https://smartposhub.com/legal/data-request/#delete-app. Sales and invoices stay with the stores as the law requires.
