What is the difference between the store card and the cart code?

The store card tells the cashier who you are, so the purchase is saved to your account and you get member prices. The cart code loads the items you scanned with Scan & Go. If you have a Scan & Go cart, the store card screen offers to show your cart code too.

What is the difference between store credit and a gift card?

Store credit is money a store gives back to your account, usually from a return. A gift card is a card with its own code and balance. Both work only at the store that issued them and both show in your Wallet.

Is a member price the same in every store?

No. Each store sets its own prices and decides whether members get better ones. A member price you see in one store says nothing about another store.

What does guest mean in the app?

A guest is someone who opened the app without signing in. Guests can look around and see listed stores, but can't join stores, scan into a cart, order or keep receipts.
